Who is responsible

Pink Commerce Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Company number 15562017, registered office Suite 206, Britannia House, 11 Glenthorne Road, London, England, W6 0LH. VAT GB510141068. Contact: nuno@pinkcommerce.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to you and to run the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which processes the submission solely to forward it to us by email.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no marketing trackers. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not use your enquiry to train anything. Client documents handled inside our ventures are governed by the engagement terms of that venture, with confidentiality treated as a process, not a promise.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows, then deleted in routine clear-outs. If nothing comes of an enquiry, it is typically deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Email nuno@pinkcommerce.co.uk and we will act on it promptly.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business grows; the current version always lives at this address.
